When this problem occurred
1. Just try to kill adb process that still running.


#ps aux | grep adb

#kill -9 xxxx

and restart eclipse.

When I import android Project into Eclipse workspace. this below error just occurred.
Project has no default.properties file! Edit the project properties to set one.
